The Manaslu Circuit Trek is the best all round tea-house hike in Nepal on the Great Himalaya Trail; the new Annapurna Circuit. No camping needed.

Private trek enquiry form

If you are a small group of friends, or couple, and you wish to trek with your own guide, and/or porter (recommended) then we will help you arrange that. It's not more expensive and you get to be as flexible as you need.

We're based in Kathmandu, and have insured, government certified guides to help you navigate your journey around Manaslu.

Start by contacting us via the form below. If we know the number in your group, when you plan to trek and for how long, then we can quickly tell you how much it will cost. The more detail, the more accurate the quote! Expect a reply within 24 hours or less. 🙂

Single trekkers: If you are an individual, you can still use this form. We can find people for you to join.

  • Please double check it, otherwise we cannot contact you!
  • Let us know how many in your group
  • Please let us know when you think you will be ready to leave Kathmandu with your boots on.
    DD dash MM dash YYYY
  • What would be the perfect number of days trekking? 9 is fast, 20 great for Tsum & Manaslu in relaxed style. Transport is usually 1 day out, 2 days back from Dharapani. (Link: Transport routes map)
  • If so, let us know + or - how many days you could add or subtract.
  • A guide is obligatory - that's the rules! If you wish to take a port too, please tick below. Portering for tourism is paid work in a place with little paid work, and people are happy to do it, so do take a porter if you can!
  • We can discuss this later! But if you want space, comfort and flexibility to stop and take pictures, a jeep is great if it fits your budget. Public transport on the way back is usually ok as the roads are (mostly) better. (Link: Transport routes map)
  • If you want us to book a hotel in Kathmandu (that we've checked out already) then let us know. Important to book in peak seasons.
  • Do you have special interests, special needs, or any questions? Write it all down here.

I am arranging for a group of 4 people (including myself) to trek in Nepal from mid October to mid November 2015. We are currently thinking of doing the Manaslu circuit with a side trip to the Tsum Valley, departing Kathmandu on Oct 21 and returning to Kathmandu on Nov 10; however we are unsure after the earthquakes whether it is feasible to do the Manaslu Trek using teahouses, which is our preferred option. Please advise what the cost would be for porters / guide for our group including all permit fees and food / accommodation costs for this trek. If the trek is not feasible, please recommend another trek of similar duration. Thank you

I’d recommend contacting Sonam at Tsum Valley Homestay for the latest on Tsum, trail condition and accommodation conditions. iamsonam[@] otherwise you could try the New Annapurna Trekking Trail around the Annapurna Circuit or Kanchenjunga North and South basecamp trek.

We are two girls, we have 12 days, arrival in Kathmandu november 22, leaving december 5.
We could join a small group for this trek, hiring a porter, maybe a guide.Tea house most of the time, is it possible to organize??

We are trekkers, but not runners…

I’ll be in Nepal from the 19th December to 3rd January. Was hoping to squeeze in a 12 day trek around Mansalu. Is this possible for solo-trekkers? Or do you know of a group that is trekking at this time?

My girlfriend and I plan on a trip to Nepal from October 7th to October 23rd. Was hoping to experience our first trek. Was thinking of doing the Manaslu Circuit. Do you know of any groups on those dates?

    Thank you,

Sure, will put your dates on the home page and see if anyone responds! Otherwise, you can fill the form on this page and we can give you a quote regardless of finding others: Generally you’ll be meeting people all along the way on those dates (peak time), especially if you make the same pace.
